The service
PlayNexus.gg provides an independently operated Rust community server, website, Discord community and related tools. You must also comply with the terms and rules of Rust, Facepunch, Steam, Discord and Tebex when using those services. PlayNexus is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.
Player conduct
The current in-game and Discord rules form part of these terms. The Solo/Duo limit means no coordinated group, roam, raid, defence or shared base beyond two players. Cheats, exploit abuse, ban evasion, hateful conduct, doxxing, staff impersonation and real-money trading through PlayNexus channels are prohibited.
Moderation can include content removal, mute, kick or ban. Use the private appeal route described on the Support page; public accusations are not an appeal.
Store and delivery
The official store is hosted by Tebex. Published packages have fixed item manifests, claim cooldowns and wipe locks displayed before checkout. Monthly access lasts 30 days; packages labelled lifetime have no time expiry while the applicable PlayNexus service and entitlement remain available.
Tebex handles checkout, payment methods and applicable taxes. Prices shown on PlayNexus pages exclude VAT unless a checkout says otherwise. Use the Steam account intended to receive the entitlement and review the final Tebex checkout before paying.
A duplicate transaction does not create a duplicate entitlement. Refunds, reversals or chargebacks can revoke future access linked to that transaction. A consumed in-game item is not silently duplicated or reissued.
Refunds and purchase problems
Refund eligibility, mandatory consumer rights, taxes and payment processing are determined by the terms and information displayed in the Tebex checkout and by applicable law. This page does not replace or narrow those rights.
For a missing or incorrect delivery, reconnect once, preserve the Tebex transaction reference and contact PlayNexus privately through Discord. Do not post receipts or account identifiers publicly. For a payment or refund request, follow the support path presented by Tebex at checkout and tell PlayNexus support so the in-game entitlement can be reconciled safely.
Availability and changes
Online games, plugins and third-party platforms can require maintenance, updates or emergency changes. PlayNexus does not promise uninterrupted availability or a fixed recovery time. Material schedule, rule or package changes are announced through official channels; purchased entitlements are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law.
Blueprints reset only with the official Facepunch Force Wipe. The regular Duo map wipe remains Saturday at 18:00 Europe/Paris unless an operational exception is explicitly announced.
Support and contact
The current PlayNexus contact route is the official Discord. Select the private route that matches a technical issue, player report, appeal, purchase or privacy question. Support response times vary; no fixed response time is currently offered. Staff never need your password, recovery code, Steam Guard code or Discord token.
